Who operates this website

BANTO SULUTIONS LIMITED, Makeni, Lusaka, Zambia. Contact: info@bantosulutionslimited.com.

Project enquiries

The enquiry form prepares a message in your WhatsApp or email application. The website does not store project enquiry submissions. You choose whether to send the prepared message. If you send it, BANTO receives the details you include and uses them to discuss and respond to your enquiry.

Public comments

When you submit a comment, the website stores your name, email address, comment, submission time and a one-way technical identifier used to limit spam. Your name and comment may be published after moderation. Your email address is used only for moderation and is never displayed publicly. You may request correction or removal by emailing BANTO.

What you should share

Include only the details needed to explain your project. Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, patient records or other sensitive operational data through the public enquiry form.

Interactive demonstrations

The showcase uses sample records in the current page session. It does not take real payments or store real patient, learner or employee information. Resetting the showcase or reloading the page restores the sample records.

Technical services and external links

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to serve the site. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Links to WhatsApp, email applications and external project websites are subject to those services’ own policies.

Contact about your information

For questions or requests concerning information you have shared with BANTO, email info@bantosulutionslimited.com. Any project-specific data processing arrangements should be agreed separately before operational data is supplied.
